ABOUT TUČEPI

Today, Tučepi is known primarily as an interesting tourist destination. However, Tučepi is a town with a thousand year long history, a town with rich and recognisable cultural heritage and tradition.

To the west, Tučepi borders on the city of Makarska, which is the main urban centre of the Makarska Riviera. To the north, it is bounded by the impressive Mt. Biokovo.

Climate: like the whole of central Dalmatia, Tučepi has a very pleasant Mediterranean climate: dry, warm and sunny summers and mild and wet winters.
